Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to assist in the situation experienced by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers regarding changes in learning modes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity, packaged in education and mentoring, explains how to design engaging online learning using the Moodle LMS platform. The online seminar is held using the Zoom platform in 150 minutes. The presentation of interesting online learning design using the Moodle LMS platform technology is divided into three main parts, namely 1) an introduction to the framework for online learning, 2) an example of material design using the Moodle LMS platform, and 3) an example of a simple learning technology. In general, it can be concluded that this PKM activity provides an introduction and understanding of online learning design with the help of the Moodle LMS platform and improves the pedagogic abilities of teachers/participants regarding Distance Learning design.
